Coldwell Banker University presents a Gen Blue Pre-Event course specifically for Managers, Broker-owners, and Recruiters. Recruit to Thrive is a one day workshop developed from recruiting best practices gathered directly from top performing Coldwell Banker brokers and managers.

The Program

We will begin promptly at 8:00 am, and will have a working lunch with box lunch provided. We will wrap up at 3:00 pm to allow attendees to attend the Gen Blue opening General Session.

Course elements include: Develop Your Growth Mindset, Set Appointments and Get to Yes, all build around growing a thriving office. Attendees will be expected to participate in goal setting and prospecting exercises, bringing with them a completed prep worksheet which will be provided approximately one week prior to the event.

This event will be onsite at the Gen Blue Event (in Studio 1-2 of the Gen Blue Backstage Learning Center located on theGrand Garden Event Level) hosted at:

MGM Grand, Las Vegas in the Gen Blue Backstage Learning Center.
